Rise with Style

As Image & Life Coach I empower Christian women to detox soul and body so they not only recover their health and beauty in mind and body, but also revive their dreams. They realize they are not victims of their limiting beliefs, nor circumstances, not even their genes. They understand now, that everyone is the result of their mindset and habits. Therefore, as Coach I guide them step by step to recover their #W.O.W-Effect by training a renewed mindset and refined habits. They receive powerful tools to unlock their unique God given beauty and potential by training mind and body to BE W.O.W. inside and out.

Do you need a running partner?

"Hitting the wall" is a crucial moment in life, where you need a “running partner”.

Someone

•          who believes in you

•          who encourages you to stay focused on your dream

•          who explains to you, what your body needs right now. What kind of minerals, vitamins and nutrients?

As coach I see myself as your “running partner”, as someone who encourages you to stay focused on what you actually want.

Reaching 40 was one of the worst moments in my life. I “hit the wall”. But I have good news. It also was the beginning of the best part of my life.

Life is like a Marathon

“Then we will be able to run life´s marathon race with passion and determination…”, (Hebrews 12:1)

Can you relate to this quote from the Bible?

Do you feel like life is a marathon race? Do you feel exhausted, depressed, without any energy left, like a runner who “hit the wall”? I know how that feels. It happened to me in my first marathon, which I ran when I had just turned 50. I felt physically drained, my feet and legs were heavy and sore.  But I wanted to reach the finish line.

What kept me going?

•          Encouragement from my running partner

•          Slowing down the pace

•          Refreshment through right food and drink

•          Stay focused on the goal

The same principles apply to our life. There are moments we just feel exhausted, physically and emotionally, just like we have been “hitting the wall”.

Now what? Giving up is no option.
