You were created for FREEDOM.

Have you ever felt like your mind was trapped in fear, anxiety, or negative thoughts?

God´s word not only challenges us, it gives us hope:

"You have been called to freedom." (Galatians 5:13)

But what exactly are we called to be free from?

  • Free from fear, rejection, shame, feelings of inferiority, and frustration.

  • Free from a victim mindset, poverty thinking, helplessness, and joylessness.

  • Free from dissatisfaction, because an unsatisfied life is a heavy life.

  • Free from the "cobwebs" or the "dust in our brains" that cloud our vision.

  • Free from limiting thought patterns and lies we have believed or unknowingly accepted.

  • Free from worries and fears that blur our vision and keep us from clearly seeing God's calling to a life of joy, purpose, and abundance.

  • Freedom to love and to serve others...

Today I'd like to share the testimony of a participant in my Thought Training Coaching Program. There are no hopeless cases. As long as someone is willing to take the necessary steps, there is always hope.

Irma (*name changed) knew all too well what it felt like to be overwhelmed by anxious thoughts and emotions. After being diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, she described her experience like this:

"It often felt as if my brain was covered with dust, and I simply couldn't think clearly anymore."

Throughout the coaching process, she learned how to align her thoughts with God's truth, recognize the inner patterns that were holding her back, and gradually regain hope, clarity, and inner strength.

Irma's story is proof that transformation is possible—even when the journey requires time, patience, and support. She says:

"Why didn't I learn to think like this years ago?"

"Today I finally understand what all those negative thoughts were doing to me. No wonder I was completely exhausted—emotionally, mentally, and physically.

Through this coaching journey, I learned how to replace destructive thoughts with God's truth. I discovered the incredible power of His Word and how important it is to consciously put on the 'Armor of God.'

Today I can breathe freely again. Life feels light and beautiful. I experience joy and hope—something I had longed for for so many years.

I always thought I knew myself quite well. I had spent many years in therapy and received pastoral counseling, and I am deeply grateful for all of it. But what I learned through this coaching and thought-training program is beyond comparison.

For the first time, I understood why I kept falling into the same unhealthy thought and behavior patterns—and, more importantly, how I could change them.

Today I know what to do when painful memories or negative thoughts return. I am no longer powerless against them. I intentionally focus on God's truth, and I know that I am not alone. God is fighting beside me.

Today I am 'armed,' and my name means 'warrior.'

Looking back, I sometimes asked myself, 'Do I really need a program like this?'

Today my answer is immediate:

Absolutely! Without question! I only wish I had done it much sooner.

This training opened my eyes, helped me rediscover God's faithfulness, and gave me a completely new perspective on my life. Today I know that God never let go of me. He carried me through every season.

I am deeply grateful for this journey."

(End of Irma's testimony.)
